Exchanges & Returns
OutdoorSuperstore.com offers a "no hassle" return policy on unopened products. You may return it to us for a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase.
Shipping charges will not be refunded for items returned for reasons beyond our control. Example, wrong size, did not like, ordered wrong item, etc.
However we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on:
Ammunition
Sale Items
Clearance Items
When ordering these items please double check with customer service if you have any questions prior to purchase
Four Steps to a Successful Return
Step 1: Send a Return Request

Use the above online request tool to send us the the following information:
Product information (name, manufacturer, etc.)
Date of Purchase
Reason your are returning the product
Your name and contact information (please note the best time of day to call.)
Step 2: Receive a Return Authorization
Upon receipt of your return request, we will:
Contact you using the contact info that you provide
Make appropriate arrangements for credit or return
Issue any necessary RMA numbers for tracking purposes
Step 3: Prepare the Item(s) for Return
Write the following information on your original packing slip:
Write your RMA number as "RMA: xxxxxx"
Write "Credit" or "Exchange" according to the arrangements made in Step 2
Write a brief note describing the "Reason for Return"
Circle the item or items that are being returned
Step 4: Ship the Item(s) to Outdoor Interactive
Re-package the return items, with packing slip, in the original packaging material
Send the Package either US Postal Service, UPS or FedEx to:
