Shipping
Track Your Orders
Once your order has been shipped, we'll notify you via e-mail with your UPS tracking number. You'll receive this e-mail notification within 48-72 hours of placing your order (see our Order Processing Time Policy above). If you place your order late in the day (EST) on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, though, it may take a little longer. We do, however, send out tracking numbers for every order we ship.
You can view your UPS tracking number anytime by visiting our site and logging into your account. Then, you can use your tracking number at www.UPS.com to view your shipment's progress.

OutdoorSuperStore.com ships all of its orders via UPS.
International Shipping
Currently we ship only to addresses in the continental United States, Hawaii, and Alaska. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or U.S. Territories.
Shipping Options
Standard Shipping
Orders will arrive within 3 to 7 business days, with the exception of back-ordered items.
Expedited Shipping
For quicker delivery, expedited shipping is available. Expedited orders will arrive within 2 business days.
Express Shipping
Need it faster? We offer lightening fast express shipping these orders will arrive in one business day.
Please note that delivery times are after shipment of the order. Shipment of orders take up to 2-3 Business Days (Monday-Friday) to process before they are shipped. Delivery times depend on processing, delivery location, and product availability. We ship only to addresses in the continental United States, Hawaii, and Alaska. We cannot ship to P.O. Items Damaged in Shipping
If your shipment appears to be damaged upon arrival to you, DO NOT ACCEPT the shipment. If, after opening your shipment, you find that you have received damaged or defective merchandise, please email us within 5 days of receipt of delivery for a Return Authorization Number.
